Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has finally confirmed his much-awaited next film – King. The actor made the announcement during an interactive #AskSRK session on his official X (formerly Twitter) handle, sending fans into a frenzy. The project will be directed by Siddharth Anand, who previously helmed blockbusters like Pathaan and War.
SRK Confirms King During AskSRK Session
During the weekend, SRK interacted with fans through a live Q&A session. When a user asked him about his upcoming release, the superstar replied, “Just KING… naam toh suna hoga?” — officially confirming King as his next outing.
Another fan asked about the progress of the film, to which Shah Rukh Khan responded: “Did some good shoot….starting soon again. Only leg shots then move to upper body….Insha Allah will be done fast. @justSidAnand is working hard to finish.”
This update has left fans excited as it marks the collaboration between SRK and Siddharth Anand once again after the massive success of Pathaan.
Shah Rukh Khan on Winning His First National Award
Shah Rukh Khan also addressed a fan’s query about winning his first National Award for Jawan. The actor expressed gratitude and said: “YAY!!!!! I feel like the King of the Nation!!! Too much honour and too much responsibility to try and excel and work harder!!”
